Talia Litle
Dancing and teaching have always been Talia's passion.
She started her dancing career as a youngin' at a professional ballet school in Minneapolis. By her teenage years Talia's training had transitioned to include Modern, Jazz, African, Hip Hop and Contact/Improv. She studied at an Arts High School and then received a B.A. in DANCE from the University of Maryland. After graduating Talia simultaneously taught dance and fitness to kids and adults during the day and rehearsed with Arts United of Washington (a Modern Dance Company) in the evenings, performing for several years.
Since moving to the East Coast over a decade ago Talia has continued her career in Zumba, Cardio-Kickboxing, Yoga and Strength Training at several studios and gyms in SF and currently at UCSF, Hipline Oakland, Making Waves Studios, as well as creating her own brand of Dance and Fitness- TLFit.
Talia's background in dance, music and fitness make her classes unique. These are full-body workouts that make the most of your hour and keep things fresh! She always incorporates a mix of music to engage a wider audience, is continually seeking new music and movements to challenge herself and her students and always remembers to give modifications to keep these classes open to a wider range of people. Talia hopes people not only get a fantastic workout to help them in their physical health journey, but become comfortable in their own skin, lift their spirits and find that inner joy while dancing it out. And of course the motto of TLFit is ALWAYS to have so much fun you don't realize how hard you're working!
